Steam to Water Heat Transfer Package

The Background

HYFAB worked with the engineer to design a package that would fit thru a 6 ft door while providing a single source solution to their hot water generatation needs.

The Solution

• The package includes a shell and tube heat exchanger, condensate handling equipment, distribution pumps, air control, a glycol makeup unit, and all necessary instrumentation and accessories.
• The single point power connection allowed for a simple installation once on site and meant that wiring for distribution pumps, condensate pumps, and the glycol makeup unit was all completed at HYFAB.
• A main door operated disconnect provides protection for the operator and the system and condensate pump run lights provide clear indication of the unit status
